"I have booked over a hundred stays just on this app and never had such a poor experience. Be aware they will lie and try to charge you twice, add on additional fees and finally try and charge even more additional fees on their end. While the facility itself is okay, the host is a nightmare "

"The check in process is entirely digital. It’s a little wonky since service around there is spotty and I think having human interaction is just better, But the grounds and living space were absolutely beautiful. Great spot to unwind and watch the stars from their giant hot tub."

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"The hotel stay itself was good - the breakfast is good and the room was clean. However, nowhere on Expedia does it say that there is a charge for parking. This isn’t in an area where one would expect people to park that don’t belong there. In addition, when I got my credit card bill, they charged me for the room when I had already prepaid through Expedia. I’m waiting for my refund. But I can’t recommend this hotel because of these issues. "

"This only seemed like a basic hotel which was about $50 per night more than comparative 3 star hotels. The air conditioner was so loud when it turned on that we couldn't run it when we were sleeping. Too expensive for what we got."

"Staff were very friendly and available. Cute property. Loved that we had a guitar in our room to play along with board games. I personally love that it had no TV, but that is something to be aware of. The bathroom was a bit dark, so it was difficult to see enough to shave or put in make-up, and I could t really tell if it was clean because of that. We had a nice time staying at Pioneertown Motel!"
