"We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken. The following day I tried to connect the hair blower in the bathroom to dry my hair. The electricity shot down in the bathroom. When we came back that evening we noticed there were not additional toilet paper. Then we were going to take a shower and the shower gel dispenser was empty. We had to called to bring us some. It took them more an hour to bring them and it was because I called them back to remind them. We did not how to put the shower gel on the dispenser. Waited for next day to someone to install it. The only day the room was clean not clean correctly. The crew forgot to wipe coffee spots from tables, stands and crumbs. They did not leave extra cups to make coffee in daily bases. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We were very disappointed and we are not planning to come back again."

"I have stayed in many Candlewood Suites across the country. This was your standard, everything we expected. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The hotel could stand to update the recliners in the room, but that is a corporate issue not a location issue. The only complaint I had was the selection in the pantry as far as Food went was a little sparse. Other than that when I go back to Nashville in June this is where I will stay. !"

"The customer service was impeccable. The room was clean however the smell of the room wasn't so pleasant, smelled like wet mop. Location is convenient to all your shopping and eatery facilities. It was very quick and the outside was very maintained"

"Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car."

"Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!"
