"Condition of Air conditioning was very poor. Was making lots noise. We couldn’t sleep. There was spider web at few spots and spider as well."

"Rooms were not the cleanest, sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. Shower curtains were stained. Service never came to clean room or bring clean towels"

"No score cards at the putt putt course. Bathroom door was hard to close ,needs adjusted."

"It was historic, quiet, simple and priced great. The owners are great and very cordial. The outside of the hotel looks like a palace and has been around a very long time. Love the stone and stone lions."

"Balcony was nice - had a hard time getting temperature in room right- but did manage to get it to warm up- coffee maker was horrible- water jut sat in where pod went- so weak and no flavor- but left early to go get coffee- other than that nice room for price"

"This was our first stay at this very new property. It just opened in September. Rooms are clean and updated. Very nice furniture, new carpets, new beds etc. The cleanliness outside of the hotel needs work. Lots of leftover construction dirt. Trash cans were full and not emptied. "Have stayed here many times and would happily go back. A gem of a place in the heart of one of the best college towns! Every room is unique, quaint and charming. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine is simply perfection. Highly recommend. Go Hoosiers!"

"Clean breakfast"

"Very clean and cozy room. Quiet. Friendly staff."

The cleaning products or air freshener used made the common areas smell fantastic! Too many hotels that we stay in will have a musty smell or just not refreshing and this hotel was over the top in that area. The...

"Great value with a good breakfast"

"It was an ehhh kind of stay. Room had food on the floor and the refrigerator did not keep anything cold which is not a huge problem…we adapted. But the pool was freezing and the hot tub was non existent…and I paid extra for a room with a balcony only to have it facing the parking lot with the roof to the entrance blocking my view to the other side of the parking lot."
