"The breakfast was good, and the room was very clean. However, the front desk staff don't greet you with a friendly smile, and the property doesn't have an elevator. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. Not fun at all."

I checked in and almost immediately realized that the room was nothing like what I expected based on the listing and photos. The room was dirty and dusty, and the worst part was finding multiple long hairs on the bed sheets. The room was also extremely cold, and adjusting the temperature did not fix the issue. "The Elser had a unique tech savvy setup as in using technology for most things. The issue I encountered was noises coming from within the walls and there wasn’t anyone to reach out to. The number listed on the site to call didn’t go through and the number that was sending me text messages seemed to have a live person when discussing my not being able to have a late check out but wasn’t available when I reached out regarding the noise happening.
