"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"The property is well situated about half way if doing the Douro drive loop. Grounds are lovely with rooms overlooking vineyards - very serene and quiet. Lots of onsite parking. Staff encourage picking and eating fruit off the trees - the oranges are excellent! There is a nice pool area. At check in staff member was very helpful suggesting points of interest, restaurants, etc. The room and washroom was very dated with a large veranda. There was mold on the ceiling in the washroom. "We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about...

"There were two flies in my room and I did not have a room with a balcony so I was concerned about how/why they were in there. The overhead shower did not work, only the hand spray. And lastly, the walls are paper thin and I could easily hear all the activities taking place in neighboring rooms. There is not a restaurant in the hotel, you must go to a neighboring hotel if you want to grab a bite. Also there are not really any restaurants in the neighborhood or nearby areas. "We booked a session in the pool and waited patiently. Then when we headed down there at the allotted time informed we couldn't swim without a cap which they wanted to sell us. If we had been warned ahead of time we wouldn't have waited"
