"Nice place... Clean rooms and the staff was very attentive"

"Very clean and surprisingly good breakfast."

"Everything was wonderful from the time we pulled up to the valet station through the entirety of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. We even asked to stay for an extra night that they were happy to accommodate at the front desk and even gave us the discounted third party rate. There are so many little perks that make this a special experience: happy hour in the darling library lobby, sunset views from the rooftop bar/restaurant, a darling breakfast...

"Excellent hotel"

"Great outdoor area with fire pits to relax"

"Nice."

"ok"

"The phone in the room did not work (wanted a wake-up call) and when we informed the front desk I was informed that maintenance was not available till the next day. Also the room was next to the freeway and the room did not have much sound proofing; heard traffic all night."

"Was clean."

"Fabulous Hampton Inn located so well within walking distance of charming and booming Black Mountain with restaurants and shops and artisan galleries. Easy drive to Asheville as well and the room rate was 40% less than properties just minutes away. Quiet with great service and friendly staff at the check in desk as well as the breakfast area. It is worthy of the 10 out of 10 rating it has received..."
