"This property is a couple years old. It is very clean, the staff is awesome. My room was set up like a studio so keep this in mind if traveling with kids. There is no separate section for kids. The sofa is located at the foot of the bed with a nice TV. There is a kitchen w/dishwasher. When you drive up to the hotel the valet will park your car. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, the stadium etc. Very convenient to a lot of entertainment. The complimentary breakfast was...

My only complaint would be that my husband and I were unable to get a proper nights rest due to the large room only having one AC vent, and that vent was over the entry door. No matter how low we adjusted the air, the room wouldn’t cool. "

"My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience. "

"The hotel itself is clean and well located, but the staff is poorly trained and inattentive. Had to call twice for housekeeping during our three night stay. Needed assistance with luggage when leaving. The attendant took forever to arrive and then showed up without a luggage cart. Supplies in the M club, such a cups and plates, often ran out with no one paying attention to the need to re-supply."
