"We requested a 2 queen bed room - was called the day of check in to see if we would like to switch to a one king bed and if we would be willing to make the change, they would waive our parking for the extent of our stay. They called me back saying that was an error and that we would actually just be in the original room we reserved. Upon arrival which ended up being much later than anticipated due to travel issues, we arrived to a room with only ONE queen bed. In addition, it was 78 degrees...

"Parking / valet was a nightmare. There was no bellman and I assumed the valet was going to take care of my running vehicle and luggage while I got my 2 dogs upstairs. Nope, my car was running and unlocked and unattended 20 yards away from any staff by the street and homeless addicts. The elevators were slow averaging a 3-5 minute wait and were as hot as a sauna. NEVER STAY HERE"

"Above average breakfast and very nice staff. However…. 1. The parking garage situation was a mess. Stunningly inefficient. 2. There aren’t stairs you can use to go up to your room so there was always a line to use the elevator. 3. The shades were broken in the room so we could get it dark at night not open up fully to bring light in the morning."

"Lovely historic hotel, excellent location for walking through uptown. I'd recommend enjoying a nice breakfast at the hotel and exploring the city."

"Staff was amazing. Room not so much. It was renovated double queen room. the TV way in the corner of the room so only one bed could see TV. Also they changed to toddler sized pillows. We went to the front desk and got normal size pillows. Love the staff and the location. Hoping we don’t get that room again"

"Coffee bar was closed down most of the time we were there. Parking deck is pretty inconvenient with no entrance from inside the hotel. Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Stay was okay but not high end. "
