"The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. However, my room was on a higher floor so I heard the train go by but it wasn’t loud and definitely didn’t wake me up out of my sleep. "Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. "A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc. For our first time staying...
