"I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area."

"Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care. Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. I would hope to stay here again but wouldn't care to speak to any of the staff."

"Bill Moore, in concert with his assistant manager, jas been leading this team at this location for 15 years. The associates both respect and love their leaders and the guests love the care and pampering that they each receive every day of their stay. The team members at house keeping, front desk, dining, kitchen and even the hotel shuttle create raving fans. According to the staff testimony, the hotel owners are generous and loyal to their employees. It is NO WONDER...
