"The lobby looks great and gives a strong first impression, but the elevator feels very old and dirty, with a huge stain that was hard to ignore. The shower water knob and the restroom door were both partially broken, although they were still usable."

"Hot water did not work in room shower. Called to ask it be fixed while we went to dinner, and front desk said it would be fixed. Next day when we woke up I went to take a shower and it was still broken. No hot water. Called again told front desk we still had no hot water. It took over an hour to get it fixed making us late starting our day. When we checked-out we complained and they did not charge us for parking for one day. We spend far too much time trying to get hot war for our shower."

"We stayed for a night; we got a good deal with Expedia that included parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. We will definitely go back and stay again. clean and the location was very convenient. Very nice, welcoming staff."

"Staff were very kind and helpful, and it was nice having breakfast each morning. But almost all of the outlets in our room didn’t work, so we had zero working plug-in lamps, and one TV didn’t work. Luckily the few installed ceiling lamps worked. Had to try about 10 outlets to finally find one that worked to charge electronics. There were also quite a few stains on the carpets in our room."

"This was such a beautiful property. Easy parking. The staff was nice and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. I reserved a king bed suite and we were give a queen bed room. This was easily fixed by the front desk associate without any other issue. We will absolutely stay here again. "

"The room itself was nice and clean and 100% the best part of the hotel. Im not sure if they were crazy understaffed but they were put of breakfast food, plates, and utensils a lot. "
