"Everything was great, clean and fun! Food overall was not the best and service at the restaurants was consistently slow, often times not getting a beverage until the meal was over or in some cases, not getting one at all. Dying rats were found on the lawn and left there for a day or more even though we asked staff to remove them. Our room cleaner was fantastic and made an effort to know our names and fold towels creatively for the children, but then asked us to leave some of our belongings for her. "

"This property appears to be the newest addition to the RIU properties in Montego Bay. The staff was very professional and helpful throughout the entire visit. The food at the buffet was different almost everyday (which is a good thing). And you can also visit the other property for shows, dancing and eating. They also had leisure activities and amenities around their property daily. The only thing that bothered me was there was a lot of painting near my room during my visit and it was an eye sore and smelled. Besides that it would have been perfect. "

Unfortunately, the timeshare presentation felt like a waste of time. The resort credits offered sound appealing at first, but there is a 16% fee applied when you use them, and they can only be used on a limited selection of items. After factoring that in, you often end up paying the same—or even more—out of pocket. The restaurants on the property were generally good and offered enjoyable meals. However, the room service and buffet food were disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the restaurants. "
