"There was no hot water or even warm water to take a shower and nobody around to help . After two days of traveling a nice warm shower was needed. No creamer or sugar for the coffee. The front receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the view was nice. "

"The room was amazing, loved that there were separate rooms as well as living space and a small kitchen. The place was clean and generally well taken care of, really the only knock was that the shower heads were problems. One wasn't properly fastened to the wall so it would spin around and soak the bath room. The other shower head was just broken so water shot out in ways it wasn't. LOVED the pools for the kids and the proximity to the beach and to the shops on the main street."

"I love how cozy and inviting the hotel was. The staff greets you immediately upon entering, they are very friendly. Being able to Lounge by the pool with adequate seating as well as many options for seating on the beach was a humongous plus. This hotel offers you privacy, Tranquility as well as feeling very intimate. The dinner options were also phenomenal."

"The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The included breakfast was a nice addition and the hotel is right in the heart of the town. Everything that matters is within walking distance. My only complaint was that I did not get the room that I thought I selected on Expedia. When I spoke to the hotel owner he explained to me that they are a Boutique hotel and that the images are merely a representation of what you can expect. I also could not get the smart t.v. to work consistently or connect to the wi-fi. I suspect that this was an issue due to the constant need to replace the key card in order to receive power to the room. In all fairness, I did not bother to bring this issue to the attention of the hotel as I did not want to be bothered. I also could not stand the mini-bar that was stocked with overpriced snacks and liquor. It would be nice if they could simply remove the mini bar items, but I was told to place them in the closet instead. I did not want to be charged $3 per beer. "

"Small, older motel-style hotel with bar/restaurant on site. In the restaurant the staff were very kind, attentive and helpful (The steak was great and drinks were good). Discovered Cockroach infestation (multiple sizes) in our room (kitchen). Owner was extremely belligerent and combative, refused any resolution including denying checkout receipt. (Contacted via front desk staff and directly by Expedia, see owner responses to other guest reviews for reference.) Restaurant is run by a different individual. "

"The room was nasty, roaches all over the desk and tv console & the bathroom as well. The only reason we stayed is because we had no car to leave. We barely slept & kept waking up to kill roaches. We kept our clothes and toiletries in our suitcases. The shower was full of previous guest hair and moldy. The excuse from the front desk was that this room had been blocked and they gave it to us anyway. Unacceptable!!! We did like the restaurant staff, food was ok views were nice from that area. "

"All staff are very kind and friendly. Entertainment staff aren’t friendly and do not engage well with guests. "

"The alcohol was horrible you couldn’t even drink any of it. We had to go out buy the alcohol at supermarket to be able to drink it. The bartenders were nice but not enough of them to be efficient for the amount of people at the resort. The system of how to make reservations for the restaurants was only on certain time and you had to get up super early to form the line. The quality of the food in restaurants were just ok editable. The food at the buffet was good choices and decent quality. The towels for the pool one was allowed to get at one location only and only for certain about time and if you lost it $15.00 to replace the towel. The resort didn’t have enough beach chairs or umbrellas for shade at the pool or beach. The pool area didn’t have swim up bar which was ok if only they had waiters by the pool to get your drinks or enough bartenders to not form such huge line just to get water or horrible drink you couldn’t even drink. Overall the place was located by the beach with beautiful view. My room was very musty and needed upgrades. The air conditioning was on and off throughout the nights. I did have a roach in my room one night.. overall experience I would not recommend or return to this resort unless the turn over to new management was to up keep the resort. The staff were friendly and polite. "
