"Overall for the price its okay, you get what you pay for. It was a good Experience. My only downfall is I didnt have hot water for about 2 days, I also had roaches in the room. The food was average in the Buffet, the restaurants had the good food. The VIP band is great because you can go to other pools. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here at emotions. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean! Food was pretty standard but overall expected due to it being “resort food”. I came here for my Babymoon and many of the staff members were super helpful with accommodations and supporting me. Love that everything is walkable and the beach is beautiful! Lots of daily activities and for sure family friendly. I would for sure stay here again! "

"During my seven-day stay at the Crown & Residence Suite, I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff who always said "hola" and "Como estas." The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. "Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water.
