"Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Luckily the bank rejected the payment and we resolved the issue with the property. -upon arrival, we noticed a lot of damage to the room. looks like...

"Quiet, clean "

"The condo, the staff, cleanliness, beach area all excellent. There could be more kitchen supplies such as more pots and pans, cookie/pizza sheets, smaller bowls, etc. We also found the small propane stove top challenging for cooking as controlling the heat was difficult. More comfortable chairs such as relaxing lounge chairs on the patio would be beneficial. Overall a nice condo and with the above improvements it would be a 10 out of 10. "

"Great, relaxed hotel on the edge of Sosúa. Peaceful atmosphere, deep pool, generous continental breakfast, and very kind staff. Michael, the owner, was very helpful with our late arrival and late checkout. Playa Alicia and Playa Sosúa are about a 15–20 minute walk away, and there’s also a tiny beach just 2 minutes from the hotel (watch the waves!). Would happily stay again."

"Very well located everything is at a walking distance"

"The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The property owners were really kind and gave me suggestions while I was there. I had a clean room, restaurants and beach nearby within walking distance, and several local shops to grab a quick bite. If you are traveling to Sosua using CaribeTours, I would recommend trying to get there before dark, I had a bit of trouble getting a taxi from the bus station to the hotel.
