I had a clean room, restaurants and beach nearby within walking distance, and several local shops to grab a quick bite. If you are traveling to Sosua using CaribeTours, I would recommend trying to get there before dark, I had a bit of trouble getting a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. "I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. "Great, relaxed hotel on the edge of Sosúa. Peaceful atmosphere, deep pool, generous continental breakfast, and very kind staff. Michael, the owner, was very helpful with our late arrival and late checkout. Playa Alicia and Playa Sosúa are about a 15–20 minute walk away, and there’s also a tiny beach just 2 minutes from the hotel (watch the waves!). Would happily stay again."
