"I'm an older women traveling and I needed a hotel near the bridge. This was also the most affordable option. To my surprise, it's new, clean, and comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights and again for 2 more the next week. "

"My only recommendation is how the hotel handles Government Tax Exempt. I provided my tax exempt form and also provided the paper work the hotel asked to have completed and at the time of checkout the tax exempt had not been applied to the two rooms I had paid for. The requested documents were provided to the hotel staff the following morning upon check-in. I was their for 3 days.;"

"We were able to check in a little early. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was ok but convenient. We were close to a lot of activities like union station and the museum. Would definitely stay here again. "
