"Great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing like the fact it lasted until 2 which means you could order brunch! Also had nice drinks! You do have to pay if you don’t buy the breakfast package! Rooms clean loved the bathrooms the bed was a lil worn down but the staff kept the rooms clean! Also there aren’t any microwaves or fridge in the room, found out later Ice was on every odd number floor!"

"My first time ever in Colorado and my stay was wonderful service from the moment I arrived at the doors. The door men (valet) were helpful and the front desk staff provided the best customer service. I added notes about celebrating my sister's birthday in my reservation and the staff made it memorable from the time we arrived and even provided a sweet treat for her. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. Everything was great.... the cleaning staff checked our room daily and provided fresh towels and made our bed. Afternoon Tea was a delight and my service at The ship Tavern was impeccable. I travel a lot and great service is hard to come by these days but Bravo to this staff for making my first impression of Denver a great one."
