"Bar is amazing! Good variety and super friendly staff, the valet parking is worth it for 5$ more from regular parking.
Everything was good, only one employee gave us a weird vibe since he was yelling at his co workers for an issue with a tab? And we all witnessed it in the bar.
Besides that, we will definitely come back"
"It’s my third time staying at the Sheraton and the service/stay was great as usual. We came for the Fan Fest held at Universal so it’s close proximity and free shuttle service to the park keeps us coming. The staff is great .Jerry checked me in and was super gracious. Housekeeping incredibly kind. Will definitely stay again."
"Highly recommend! Right in the center of Hollywood walk of fame, everything we needed was in walking distance. Staff was amazing, the Spare Room bar with bowling was super cool, we loved the burgers and beers and especially the staff at 25 degrees bar. The pool area and bar are also very nice. Keep in mind parking is $75 a night if you keep your car there! "
"The Loews Hollywood is my hotel - I have stayed there every trip to LA from 2010 onwards. Great location, always a super clean room, the staff are always incredible and its a central location for me since I fly into Burbank and do business in Hollywood. Can't wait to head back"
"Outdated hotel with poor service. I felt like I was just a number to the guy at the front desk. The hotel lobby felt dark and shabby like it hadn’t been dusted since the 1990s. I expected so much more from a $400 stay. Only two great things were the pool area and that we could walk to Universal Studios. "
"
I recently stayed at The LINE Hotel Los Angeles in Room 532 on Friday May 1st, 2026 and wanted to formally express my severe disappointment with the condition of the room and the overall experience during my stay. The decor of the room was unacceptable for a hotel of this rating and the walls appeared unfinished with the lamp(s) tilted over.
Given the hotel’s reputation and 4-star rating, the experience unfortunately fell far below expectations. The bed and sheets felt noticeably cheap and uncomfortable, which significantly impacted the quality of the stay. In addition, the blinds control in the room was not functioning properly, and the bathroom lights were fluctuating/flickering continuously to the point that it became genuinely uncomfortable and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. The room was also dirty as there were uncleaned cob webs/spider webs in the room (Please see the video links enclosed).
What was most frustrating, however, was the complete lack of responsiveness from the front desk. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the stay — approximately five separate calls — and no one answered. This made it impossible to have the issues addressed in real time and left me feeling unsupported as a guest.
The overall experience became so unacceptable that we ultimately decided to check out early at approximately 8:20 PM rather than continue the stay.
Overall, this experience was not befitting of what is advertised as a 4-star hotel"
