"We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. "The room was clean and basic. The covers and towels were very thin. While I was there the elevator broke down, but luckily I was only on the 2nd floor. The hallways had a weird smell. Staff is friendly. Property looks like they may be doing some reservations. Overall stay was good and no bugs."

"Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. "No one manning front desk upon my arrival. I had to search around for the receptionist. Body wash dispenser was empty in shower. Remote control for one of the TV was dead. Vanities were in desperate need of paint. Cell phone charger in one lamp not working. Poorly maintained, poorly managed. I won’t stay there again. Not recommended."

"Ehh this stay was ok. This definitely was not the embassy suites that I am used to. The hotel is very outdated. There are so many rooms that I feel like house keeping has to rush to get them all done. As I found several pieces of glass on the floor in front of microwave and next to the toilet. Thank goodness I found it before my child stepped on it barefoot. The staff were very nice and friendly and main areas seemed well maintained but rooms definitely lacked that! "Smelled amazing. Seemed like there was a nice food service area at one point that went unutilized. Was under the impression breakfast was included but was not (provided for a fee). Bed was very comfortable and it was great having a balcony. Parking was easy. Front desk concierge very polite."

"Everything in my room was old and stained. The bathtub looked dirty and the blankets had holes on them. The refrigerator was super old and the freezer has a lot of ice stuck on the top making the refrigerator leak. We had to put towels around it. The indoor pool was closed and around 8:30 am staff started knocking on people's rooms to see if they were empty.
