"The bathtub which was the main purpose to book this hotel has a terrible design. If you want to drain the tub with water inside the pressure of the weight causes it to close and it's impossible to change the temperature which I prefer to be on the side of the tub. I also have Accor status and accidentally chose the nonrefundable hotel price and stayed two of the four nights I paid which is extremely disappointing for me as a guest."

"Superb view of the lake. Nice large rooms, clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast ok, nothing fancy. Reception helpful. Restaurant meals a tad too pricey."
