10/10 Excellent
"New hotel, so it’s very clean and nice. Great area of town. Ample parking in the garage. Seemed to not have enough staff. Had to wait 15 minutes to check-in in a line, with nobody at the front desk. Assuming they are new and hiring/training more staff. Gym had everything I needed, didn’t use the pool. Nice touches throughout."

"Great location. People at front desk were friendly. I like the on site garage parking and the complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Building is older vintage, and some of the property could use a renovation. The price was a good value overall."

"This place was great! Very close to all the places we wanted to go without being right in the middle of town! Great location and amenity’s. Nice hot tubs and gym. When it rained, we enjoyed game of pool and shuffle board!"

"Friendly staff. Clean room. Good amenities. Nice location. Highly recommend! We enjoyed the breakfast especially because staff went above and beyond and had some items and freshly brewed coffee available to us at 4:30am before we headed for our hike!"

"The Ranahan was the perfect spot for a getaway! The property is beautiful with excellent views. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed. And the property is super convenient to both Breckenridge and Dillon. Will absolutely be staying here again!"

"Very close to the amphitheater! Check in was awesome. Night front desk seemed bothered. Came in at 6pm to get a replacement key due to it didn’t work in the door. They seemed very annoyed and also had a bad attitude. Gave my id and room number and they couldn’t find the reservation."

"The hot tub was nice and hot and looked clean. The lodging is a good value for the location. My big complaint is that the carpet in my room smelled like smelly feet… very bad odor. I sprayer perfume but probably should have asked for another room. Not sure I would stay again."
