"Most TRU’S I have stayed in has been very delightful until this stay. Unfortunately noise level inside was higher in the midnight hours, exterior trash compacter was dumped or exchanged about 3 am with the driver slamming it into the ground 3-4 times, toilet ran all night."

"The woman that answered the phone when I called was snippy and just short of being rude! She didn’t like the fact that I booked the room through Expedia. I had reservation made and paid for through the 3rd. She stated that Expedia didn’t send enough for payment to the 3rd so said he would have to check out on the 2nd. Then the $100 deposit was paid on chime. It is now 7 days later and still haven’t received anything."
