"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We had a great stay at Chiswick Rooms for six nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Stamford Brook Station (District Line) and about a 10-minute walk to My Place Chiswick for a nice English breakfast.
The air conditioning was a big plus, especially in July when indoor spaces can feel warm and humid. The room also had a kettle with instant coffee, tea, and milk, which was convenient.
