"I stayed here for two evenings as a female solo traveler and felt completely safe and secure. The rooms were small but I loved how efficient the space was set up. It was cozy and modern. Staff was great and they offered me wine and cheese upon arrival which was nice! The only negative was the mattress could have been more comfortable. But besides that I would stay here again in a heart beat. Location was great as well!"

I added one night and they made adjustments with booking so I can stay at my room which actually a free upgrade from what I booked for that extra one night. Thank you for that! Mary at reception was very helpful and kind. Mohammed is amazing, I heard he has been with the hotel the longest. But, everyone there amazing, helpful and kind"

"Parking underneath was why we booked. 20 minute walk to Eurostar terminal."

"Fantastic location for a short visit. Walk to all the main tourist spots. Right off Trafalgar Square but on a nice leafy street with double glazing so we slept well. Staff are lovely. Room decor was a bit dated but bathroom has been modernised and the bed was very comfy. Room was huge. Very hard to find that in London. Good value for the area. Would stay again "

"Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
