"The club lounge was a free for all. Understaffed and no one to meet at the door. The service seem better in the main dining hall. Base of the glass shower door was dirt and I noted the wiring for the heated towel rail was too close to the tub. Water could easily splash on the exposed wires. Is this wiring to code? Room 1218."

"Room was clean. Daily room service on the first day was a bit delayed but when done, it was very clean and nicely done. Breakfast was almost like a brunch as there were so many choices. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay! We all enjoyed our stay very much."

"Student accomodation but clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast - you could eat for the day! Good vibe to the place in general. One problem; no charging point for phone in room - in student accom? Asked at reception who suggested furniture had been moved so try looking behind bed/desk - no luck. Didn't spoil stay near Sadlers Wells and pleasant part of London."
