"Where to start about our stay. Well initially we booked a room for a hotel room and we're given no details about the property. We arrived just before midnight and were told that the hotel is 3 seperate buildings and that our building was 3 buildings down separated by 3 individual houses. We were put in a motel that was pretty rundown and not the main best western building as shown on the pictures through Expedia. The lobby for check in is in its own building where they serve breakfast, so we had to walk down the road just to get some breakfast and walk back to our room with the food; which was a first for us. 3/4 of the TV channels did not work which was frustrating. The door to the room was so heavy to open/close and did not seem to properly fit the frame. The room was dirty, especially the floor that felt like it had sand all over. It took 10+ minutes to get hot water whatsoever for the sink or shower. The sink constantly backed up and would not drain unless you waited. The bed sheets had what looked to be dog paw prints on it. The room and building are very outdated. The only accomedation we had was the beach access almost right outside of our door. I've never paid for a hotel and was put in a motel. It was a pretty crappy experience unfortunately. Maybe is a complete difference in the main building we thought we were staying in; but definitely won't be staying at this best western again. Would not recommend unless you confirm staying in the main hotel building. "

"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"Check in was a breeze and the most polite I've had in a long time. Room was clean and fresh. Nothing bad to say and the rate was far better than those closer to the House of Blues which was my destination for a show. Quick Uber ride away from the venue and overall a pleasant stay."

"Not what I expected"

"Well this is supposed to be a racket club so basically we rented there because of the pickleball courts who looked new. Thing is the coating of the courts seems new but is not a real hard coating and there are false bounce everywhere. So not so great uh? Also all in all even if the deal is ok for the price everything there is pretty old : eighties in full force basically. So would definitely need to be modernized a bit. No shampoo for the guest... who does that? Good location and pretty quiet, cant have it all I guess."

"The lady working the front desk was rude from the get go. Checked in she barely spoke five words and I had to ask her to repeat them. There were (I assume) homeless people sitting at the property and weren’t asked to leave untill late that night, breakfast was moderate/standard, they didn’t clean the entire room and barely restocked the towels, while trying to go up the elevator we were waiting for one of the cleaning lady’s to go and we were told by the staff that the stairs were faster. I will not stay here again."

"Amazing beach view. Only downfall was the indoor pool was closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was freezing! "

"Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room. I spent about 20 minutes in the room; the odor was overpowering, and—naturally—I was not going to sleep in a bed that had been used by other people. When I returned to the lobby to file a complaint, there was no one there, and I demand a refund of my money. Thank you."
