"It took 2 phone calls at 3:10 am and 3:20 am to get the desk clerk to respond to my request that she ask the guests in the next room to turn off their alarm. The alarm started at 3. On my calls, she informed me that the room was occupied and she couldn’t go in. I asked her to call the room. She asked me if it was occupied. What!?!? Everything else and everyone else at the hotel was lovely."
