"It was ok. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrive at 5:30 and we had been driving all day. We went for dinner and came back and while we were at dinner the hotel called to make sure we’d be back before 10:00 as that’s when the office closed. It was only about 7:30 when we got the call and we had already tried to check in so that was frustrating. They only credited us 15.00 even though we had paid for the room to be ready by 3:00 and then when we checked in, there was a form attached to the receipt...
