"First time staying here and I was very comfortable. We had a soccer tournament and the area was very peaceful. The train made noise sometimes but not bad. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice."

"Great place to hang with the kids. Never went to the beach as the pool was amazing. Only person that bugged me was a bartender in the morning, couldn’t get our order right and was just kind of rude, but everyone else from the front desk to the pool people and cleaners were so friendly!"

"We were compelled to relocate from the premises due to health-related issues. The room exhibited signs of mold and mildew, with insects present as well. The hotel management failed to address these concerns, resulting in a deterioration of our well-being. Their lack of concern and empathy towards the situation was evident. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly seniors with health issues, in the foreseeable future."

"The staff were nice enough, they only had one person checking in though and he said it was his first day. The average wait time to check in was about 30 minutes. We checked in at 345 and didnt get our room until 421 for a 40l pm check in time. Our door didnt lock. The latch didnt actually catch on the door. The door frame was installed wrong and the actual handle latch was lower than the frame. We called maintenance and they put a screw in the door frame to just push it down so the door would...

"We spent two days here for a trip to Knotts Berry Farm. Everything was great! I had a scare because I left my wedding rings in the room but they ended up finding them and helping me arrange for delivery since we had already left the state. Thank you!!!!"

"The hotel was okay overall, but the pool experience was disappointing. The pool wasn't very clean or well maintained, and it closed much earlier than expected each day. The water slide was also only open for a very limited time—it opened late in the day and closed early, making it difficult for families to enjoy it. If the pool and slide are important to your stay, you may want to consider this before booking."
