"The facility was lovely and perfectly located so that it was easy to get to various destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the only downside was the bathroom is lacking in some key items. It would be helpful if there were hooks on the back of the door to hang things on. It would also be helpful to have a shelf to put toiletries, especially if there are more than one people. It would be nice to be able to heat hot water, not just coffee. "The hotel was really nice and has a near by beach. It’s an hour away from the airport and 45 minutes from Boston. That is my only complaint. Salem is only 15 minutes and the drive there is so pretty."

"We didn’t really use any amenities except the airport shuttle. My only issue with that was that it was wicked hot in there. Everything else was great!"

"I did not care for the parking situation at the property, I did not like the fact that a property so far away from anything had no restaurant or gift shop, and that the things they did sell were very few and scarce if you wanted to access your car you have to literally feel obligated to tip of LA attendant. Their drop off and pick up area was very small and inconvenient also."
