"Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because...

"Terrible water pressure in the shower and breakfast was lacking. Otherwise, the property seemed clean and decently maintained. "

"This was a great experience for our family. I especially appreciated the breakfast- made to order omelettes as well as other hot options, included in the very reasonable room price. The only thing negative that I could say about it was that there weren’t enough towels available in the pool area for the guests, but it was pretty busy in there the night we stayed, so I am guessing it isn’t a persistent issue at this hotel. I have already recommended this hotel to people I know. "
