"Very disappointing experience. The hotel pictures show a kids’ play area and an outdoor pool, but neither was available when we arrived. The place was also not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The front desk staff working at night was not helpful at all. He didn’t seem to know much about the hotel and didn’t know how to handle our concerns or offer any solutions.
