"Bad weather on our visit- but was nice to come back to suit for a nice bath and living room to relax in. Staff was nice. They offered free drink vouchers instead of having a cleaner for the 3 days which was a mistake. Our bin got full, and annoying for the wet towels. Wouldn’t take up that offer again. Lovely hotel, very close to everything in central Manchester."

"Great place - great vibe - kitchen is well managed and the food is great - observation- just put a kettle in the room don’t know whether my coffee machine was broken or the user was…and the light above the toilet ..luckily I’m only 5”8 so only grazed my head at 3am visit - let’s see what other feedback on this - will be my go to for early flights tho - loved it"

"Everything was great apart from the room service, we ordered some food while getting ready to go out. I know the hotel was possibly busy as there were events on near by but that's no excuse to get cold food delivered to the room and for the chicken to feel like your biting into rubber"
