"First thing i noticed is the lobby was locked to guests at 4:30 pm. Had to ring a bell for service. Person at window was pleasant. No name tag so i could not give her kudos. On departure only was still locked at 8:30 am. New person at window. I asked if the lobby was ever unlocked. He said no. Reservation was for a standard King non smoking room. At initial entrance of room it was neat, one sitting chair beside the bed. Desk with no drawers across from bed as well as a dresser/tv stand. ...

"There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases when we got into our room. One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. A roach also actually crawled out of the microwave (can’t make this up). It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was...

"Pros: Pets are allowed and welcomed. The staff is really nice and provided what we asked for. Cons: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was really thin more like a sheet. The bathroom was not maintained properly and bath tub was slippery. "
