"Comfortable room in a great spot. Friendly staff."

"Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

"Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe "

"The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so...

"Good value for money, modern decor and simple layout with being a top tier location. You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater. For the price the room was excellent. Highly recommended"

"Clean room, new property. We stayed for 6 nights and house keeping was great. Parking is $30/night in their garage so factor that in. Street parking is available sometimes on weekdays but impossible to find on weekends."

It’s an excellent location, lots of things around that you need like public transport, supermarket and a pub on your doorstep. The employees at the front desk are outstanding! They are always very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. And…… the beds are so good!"

"There was hair all over the shower wall and a strong fragrance smell in the room. The room was loud from road noise, trains and trams but it was tidy and reasonable otherwise."
