"Great stay."

"The cabin was amazing and very comfortable for a large group. The lake was also very picturesque and well managed. The biggest issue I have with this rental is that fact that neither of the pools are available for the renters. You must pay at both pools and we were charged FULL price at one of the pools, the Big Canoe Recreation ($140 for a group of 8 people!!) On our next to last day we finally located the Wild Cat Rec Park where another paid pool was located. This one was much more reasonable...

"If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains this place is it. Beautiful and meticulously maintained property that invites you to relax and enjoy. Good location close to Hiawassee and surrounding attractions. The hosts are very hospitable and responsive to any questions or concerns. We had a great stay and plan to return."

"The decks had never been cleaned as there was mold on it and the railings. We found 5 alive roaches. The office was not open on the weekend which we found strange. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to my worst enemy"

"El lugar es muy bonito, todas las instalaciones y muy cerca de todo, pero en nuestro caso siendo extranjeros fue muy difícil el check in para recibir el código de ingreso, y todo es muy nuevo y muy bonito pero creo que ayudaría mucho con en otras instalaciones que brindan más cosas dentro de los apartamentos como más café, detergente para ropa y los ventiladores tenían un poco de polvo pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien"

Two suggestions: Place the number of the house at the edge of the driveway and possibly place the box for trash on some sort of stand since the latches locking it were hard to reach and open for a senior. "We just loved LOVED the house - the layout, everything about it. The only thing I’d mention is that it took a while to load & unload the truck with a locked garage so if the garage was unlocked then that chore would’ve been a whole lot easier."
