"Staff was friendly and the property was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Breakfast area was crowded and small. We did not eat."

"Pool had no towels one of the days at 10 am. Told the staff we needed towels. Said they would have housekeeping drop some off. Never happened, at least not in the next half hour...Same with the room. Called front desk to get more towels. Were told they would bring some up for our second day. Never happened. Stopped at front desk and was told that they need 24-hour notice...There was a sock on the ledge of the pool for the duration of our three-day stay, so what does that tell you in regards to attention to detail and how much they clean/check on things? Also, we were wondering why we didn't have many dishes in our cupboards. Well, that's because the dishwasher was full!...This is an expensive place that shouldn't have these issues."

"Room was really nice, clean, updated, and comfortable bed. Location was great to be within walking distance to the lift bridge and local shops. Would stay here again!"
