"Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money."

Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. "We were happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and proactive with information. The room was small but clean. Very convenient location for visit the castle. There is a McDonalds right outside the door with a nice play area for kids if you are traveling with children 10 and under. The only down side was the elevator was out of order when we were there."
