"very bad check in experience, I was driving from Utah arriving at 3:00pm (hotel check in time), but the hotel are at the border of Arizona side which means it is 2:00pm. The Front manager ask me for US$ 25 for early check in and I think it is ridiculous. I never have problem to check in before 12pm in other hotel unless their room is not ready. "It’s an older property, but it is clear the owners are working hard to update and modernize the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff on the two shifts we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying there."

We booked 2 rooms and they were huge, all equipped with the basics of mini fridge, TV (ours was static-y, but we spent most of the time outdoors anyway) and a coffee machine. "The staff was great, but the new owners were present and they were pitching in helping the staff with the facility. There are a few issues, but they are working very hard at fixing all of the things that need to be fixed and very willing to address any issues we had. Winslow was a charming small town with a wonderful restaurant called Relic Road. Stop and see it on your travels."
