"It was great, room service was great the staff are all very friendly. Not to mention the continental breakfast isn't your ordinary continental breakfast. I had a choice of sausage scrambled eggs waffles yogurt oatmeal fruits coffee juices ... in the end, saving us money by the end of our stay. We came down from orange county california and I would love to return to half moon bay. Specifically the lodge here . Thanks for adding to our great family memories ! Gym was adequate , sona , heated...

"Great older hotel. The hotel has brought in a number of creature comforts that few other more contemporary hotels have done. Very quiet rooms although the hotel is located probably not more than 150 to 200 yards away from an Amtrak station and less than a mile from an SFO runway. Did not hear single train or jet during my stay. The housekeeping staff maintains a very clean room."
