"La propiedad en sentido general tiene muy buena ubicación, pues está justo frente al mar y en medio de la ciudad para si quieres salir a dar un paseo por la zona. Me gustó que el parqueo está justo enfrente y va incluido en la reserva. Puedes acceder a él desde el segundo piso del hotel mediante un pasillo techado o salir por la entrada principal y cruzar la calle. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, aunque cabe resaltar que durante mi estancia no fueron a limpiar ni me cambiaron las toallas. Por su parte, el desayuno estuvo espectacular porque tenía variedad de alimentos, tales como frutas, yogurt, huevos, café, jugos, entre otras especialidades. En el lobby todo el tiempo tienes agua caliente, café, te y azúcar para preparar infusiones a tu gusto."

"The hotel is located right by the sea, and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who worked at this hotel was very nice and professional. They all worked hard to make sure our vacation went smoothly. Niki Shaye, who works at the front desk, was extremely helpful and professional. She always had a warm smile and was very attentive to our needs. Another kind and helpful person was Juliette, who always made sure we had everything we needed for our room and kept it very clean. The only downside was the location. The hotel was quite far from restaurants, markets, and other nearby amenities. We truly appreciated their excellent service and dedication, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

"The hotel overall was good. I traveled with my husband and our 15- and 10-year-old children, and we had a pleasant stay. The valet staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the valet service is also quite expensive at around $80 per day. The ladies who took care of our room were VERY very kind and attentive as well. The restaurant staff were REALLY wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food itself was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but for a hotel of this level, we expected better quality. The most disappointing part of our experience was the beach chair service. We found the chairs to be quite old and honestly very uncomfortable. The cost is around $80 with taxes for the day, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which felt too expensive for the quality and comfort provided. Unfortunately, the young attendants working at the beach were also far from friendly or helpful. What bothered us the most was the way the seating was assigned. Instead of allowing guests to choose from the available chairs, they seemed to decide where they wanted to place you, regardless of where you preferred to sit. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily unpleasant."

"Check in was ideal for me! After driving 10 hours I was able to check in 3 hours before which helped so we could unpack and start enjoying our vacation! Room was nice. Restroom was alright had to ask for extra towels. Pool was nice! No issues with parking. HarborWalk Village was walking distance!! Overall I give it a 7.7 of 10"

"It was a great area I liked how close we were to all the stores and attractions and Walmart and we were right on the beach all in all it was a very great experience"

"Beautiful beach, friendly staff. Kitchenette were useful for our familly. Only downside is the housekeeping: we usually skip a few days for environement reasons and the only 2 days the cleaning lady came, the toilet paper , coffee, cups were not refilled. Stayed for 12 days"
