"Great accommodation to stay at. Staff were lovely to speak with and very knowledgeable, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, it's a good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and the main tourist spots. I stayed here twice over my time in Japan and I'd stay there again."

"The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead."

"Everything was well organised, from the location of the check in office near the train station, to the check in procedure, to the facilities at the vacation property and inside the apartment. The location of the apartment was also great, close to lots of tourist attractions, shopping and transport."

"Super location and quiet room with real Japanese style bed on floor. Practical for trips into town or further since bus stops are right beside the building. Locally within walking distance there are ramen restaurants also temples and the Philosophers path. Suited me perfectly as I don't spend much time in hotel I like to be out taking photos. If I visit Kyoto again I would love to stay here again."
