"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"I was surprised that for this price I could rest in a nice room with full facilities. The location is good, near Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Temple of Literature, can walk to West Lake, take a bus to Old Quarter is not too far (about 2 dollars). It is located in a quiet alley, where taxis stop just 1 minute walk away, I really like this because I can avoid the noise of Hanoi at night. The host is friendly and enthusiastic. There is no reason not to stay here, everyone should try."

"Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...
