"Property is located north of center city in a neighborhood of mostly small businesses. Building and grounds look clean from the outside. Easy access from 301. Room was a good size with new beds, fridge, micro and TV. Walls were noticeably dirty and need fresh paint. No clothes rod or hooks. Tiny bath was sub-standard with mis-matched & patched ceramic tile. No electric outlets in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Tiny sink top had numerous cigarette burns and stains. Tiny 36 x 36 stall...

"This place is disgusting. The ceiling was rusty and moldy all the way around the perimeter. Ceiling tiles won’t even in properly. The tub was stained and the tub surface wasn’t flat. There was a lump in the middle of the tub. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. There are cracks and damage all over the place. The only thing nice about this place in the rooms was the floor. The AC cannot be adjusted. And there are not hairdryers or coffee makers in the rooms as you show listed on the site. I...

"The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...

"We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update."
