"We booked the 2 bedroom suite for 4 people and it was very spacious for all of us. It was also extremely convenient that both bedrooms had their own full bathroom! "The rooms and their furnishings are beautiful and whimsical! Everything within Carmel is walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only two downsides were the small/tight parking lot, (but there was lots of street parking available at night), and that the hot tub was closed when we went (June 2026)."

"Lovely little hotel and fine for our one night getaway. My gripe is the pricing and extra cost per person per room (over 2 ppl) at $50, which at best covers a welcome drink and breakfast - it feels unnecessary at an already very high price point for accommodations that do not feel at all like it warrants the cost/not special. Pros - nice staff, AC, water and coffee available in the lobby. Cons - no elevator, our bathroom had a sewage scent. You only get one parking spot per room, FYI."
