"The unit size, layout, and location were very good. The leather furniture needs to be replaced. The cushions are sagging, worn and very uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed in the southeastern bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. Three of the box fans are broken and do not work."

I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. "The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

"The room was brand new, very clean and fantastic location- walking distance to everything. We parked the car at the hotel (a bonus in a very difficult town to park in) and never drove it until we left. Staff was great, very festive for the 4th. Pool and hot tubs great. No complaints"
