"It's a small hotel, great for resting and very quiet."

"The property is clean, has a great location and is well maintained. Unfortunately, their front desk help was not so "helpful." I left a message on their voicemail every day for 3 days in advance of my visit, as I had a question. No one ever called me back, and I had to drive all the way to the property - early on the day of my stay in order to get the question answered. The girl at the desk Gabby, was very rude."

"The young lady checking us in was not at all friendly and without even saying good evening, demanded I provide IDs for all of us staying. When she checked my grandson’s, even though she could tell tell he was under 18, by DOB on his license, she just asked if he was under 18. Once we got to our room, I realized she hadn’t shown the WiFi password on our key envelope. We looked through the room and couldn’t find it, so I called the office on my cellphone since the room phone wouldn’t connect me....

"We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected."

"Outside building was in serious need of paint or siding. Front desk person struggled to understand us a manager came to help. The door to our room was open when we arrived. Requested that front desk employee check it out before we went in. The filter for the heating/cooling unit in our room was on the floor and very dirty. TV was hung on the wall with the legs still attached. Vanity sink had a lot of stubble and dried toothpaste in it. Dirty sock underneath the vanity. Bathroom floor was...
