"Overpriced and Uncomfortable Stay I don't think this hotel is worth the price at all. Located in the South, the room had a very strong musty smell as soon as we walked in. On top of that, the overall atmosphere felt unsafe and unsettling—especially around the parking lot, where some people loitering made us feel quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they improve both room freshness and property security."

"Very clean, room and bathroom clean"

"Excellent stay"

"Arrived around 1 am in the morning. The front desk staff was very cordial! The room is outdated and the bathroom extremely small. Had to shut the bathroom door in order to see the shower and enter it. Upon entering the shower there were several pieces of black curly hair at the bottom of the ledge. Then noticed there was black curly hair on the shower walls and on the shower floor. The shower had not been clean. "We stayed for a concert a few streets over. Loved how we could walk safely to the venue. Staff was helpful with including maps and all required codes. Clean, charming room and house. Will definitely be back!"

"Excellent place to stay. Fran at the front counter was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond to get us rooms on the same floor. The request I submitted via email for this was I didn't receive a return email response, but Fran made it happen!"

"Not for families or children. They ask for a $50 deposit in cash at the counter (refundable at checkout)."

"Beautiful hotel!!! 10/10 recommend!"

"The staff I encountered was professional and attentive. My complaints are as following , the bed was hard and the pillows nonexistent. I believe for the cost for using this facility it should have a microwave in your room. I had to ask for one delayed but did arrive. The shower door is very small and ineffective water everywhere. I breakfast could be upgraded with daily variety nothing special to mention about the offering . Expensive to stay but other than that it was ok nothing to stop you...

"Nice clean perfect for a family vacation everyone was happy"

"Everything was nice. We stay there when visiting Jacksonville."

"This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida with my husband . We usually stay Hilton hotels and we were so pleased with our stay here. We were in town for a concert and it was so easy to get a Lyft from the girl to and from the Vystar arena. The girl room was nice too and the free coffee during breakfast guys was a plus. It was also really convenient for the parking garage to be directly across from the hotel as it made it really easy to get our stuff to the hotel and then back to our car...
