"Good safe place to stay."

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"Our stay at the Ellison, was extremely satisfying. We ate dinner there, and was similarly pleased with really good food and service. I cannot recommend The Ellison more highly for your travels, a most comfortable experience, thank you. Frederick"

"The bathroom floor was a little dirty, the toilet didn’t flush properly. The pool also looked dirty. I would have liked potatoes served at breakfast in addition to the biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage"

"Ceiling in room was cracked and stained. Elevator had damaged floor and carpet taped down to cover it. Shampp and Conditioner dispensers in shower were empty."

"Pros: very comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom was generally clean, facility has nice bar/breakfast and pool Cons: the entire building smells terrible. Going into the room the overall cleanliness was fine until you look closer. Grates to the furnace, light fixtures, appliances are all cleaned subpar. I think their cleaners are doing the bare minimum. The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. Details were not. For being a Hilton they should have higher standards. Stayed at a home2suites...

"I really liked the location and the way it looked inside and out - even the travelers were friendly and the staff especially. We missed breakfast both days due to much needed sleep, so we can’t account for that. Parking was a challenge because of storms and trying to decide where. I loved our location on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Some realistic notes for us; there were torn cushions in our room, a window leak with clear developing mold, not scary. We could have used some fresh coffee pods...
